<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply no load to a network and to avoid a necessity to be provided with a private server to store a biological information in a system connected to the network when the biological information of an operator is read and a collation of the biological information is conducted. <P>SOLUTION: A draft document is output adding the biological information to an output image, and then, after the biological information of the operator is read (step S201) and the biological information embedded in a copy document is read (step S202), it is collated whether the read operator's biological information coincides with the biological information in the copy document or not. The original document is prohibited to be copied when it is judged by the collation result that it is not coincident.Thus, the copy document itself has the biological information and obtaining the biological information with a big data capacity from the server provided privately through the network is avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
