摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain conversion efficiency similar to that of 100% module charging rate by arraying disk-like semiconductor crystal wafers without cutting them. <P>SOLUTION: When semiconductor crystal wafers 1 are arrayed in parallel as disk-like wafers without cutting them, the module charging rate is reduced because opening parts O surrounded by the outer peripheral edges 1c of the crystal wafers 1 are formed among these disk-like crystal wafers 1.
