PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension in which impact resistance can be improved more, a head supporting mechanism, HAA, and a disk apparatus provided with HAA. SOLUTION: The suspension is provided with a flexure having elasticity for supporting a head slider having at least one head element, a first load beam supporting this flexure and having bending reinforcement parts at both side ends, and a second load beam of which at least the one part is superimposed on the first load beam, fixed tightly to the first load beam, and which has bending reinforcement parts at both side ends, the bending reinforcement parts of the first load beam and the bending reinforcement parts of the second load beam are superimposed mutually at at least one part.
