PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case structure for a wrist watch or the like capable of preventing surely turn-up or separation of a cover member. SOLUTION: An engaging recess 8 is provided on a borderline between a wrist watch case 1 and a back lid 4 mounted on the under surface of the wrist watch case 1, and an engaging protrusion 9 to be engaged with the engaging recess 8 on the borderline between the wrist watch case 1 and the back lid 4 is formed on a back cover 6 arranged on the under surface of the back lid 4. Hereby, when arranging the back cover 6 on the under surface of the back lid 4 arranged on the under surface of the wrist watch case 1, the engaging protrusion 9 on the back cover 6 is engaged with the engaging recess 8 on the borderline between the wrist watch case 1 and the back lid 4, to thereby surely prevent turn-up or separation of the back cover 6. In this case, the engaging recess 8 provided on the borderline between the wrist watch case 1 and the back lid 4 and the engaging protrusion 9 on the back cover 6 may be provided partially on easily turning-up parts, but when they are formed long along the peripheral surface of the wrist watch case 1, turn-up or separation of the back cover 6 can be prevented furthermore surely.
