PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the arm support mechanism of a welding gun, whose structure is made simple and which can perform a quick welding operation. SOLUTION: The mechanism is equipped with a support bracket 2 having a turning shaft, a fixed-end arm 4 that is fixedly connected to the support bracket and that constitutes one part of the welding gun, and a movable-end arm 5 that is mounted rotatably on a turning shaft in a turnable manner and that constitutes the other part of the welding gun.
