<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning fork type vibrator capable of reducing the influence of the leakage in oscillating to the utmost and acquiring high detecting accuracy though the whole is small. <P>SOLUTION: The tuning fork type vibrator 1 is so constituted that a master tuning fork 8 is provided with a pair of large legs 10a, 10b formed in a projecting parallel way from a root 9, while in each large legs 10a, 10b of this master tuning fork 8, slave tuning forks 12a, 12b are provided with two pairs of facing small legs 13c, 13d, and 14c, 14d, each pair of which is shorter than large legs 10a, 10b, and is arranged in the direction which intersects perpendicularly with the field containing both these large legs 10a, 10b with a prescribed space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
