The invention refers to the alcoholic beverage industry, in particular to a balsam. The balsam, according to the invention, contains hydroalcoholic macerate from vegetal raw material: underground part of common marjoram, St. John's wort and milfoil, sweet flag calamus rhizomes, brandy mint leaves, liquorice root, pine buds, as well as the ingredients: dessert red wine with the strength of 16 vol.%, sugar, caramel acid citric and hydroalcoholic solution; the vegetal raw material and the ingredients being taken in the following ratio for obtaining 1000L of finished product, in kg: aboveground part of common marjoram 0,25...0,35, aboveground part of St. John's wort 0,55...0,77, aboveground part of milfoil 0,55...0,74, sweet flag calamus rhizomes 0,050...0,075, brandy mint leaves 0,51...0,71, liquorice root 0,85...1,15, pine buds 0,04...0,06, sugar 68,30...89,80, caramel 8,50...11,50, citric acid 0,07...0,11, in L: dessert red wine with the strength of 16 vol.% 221...299, hydroalcoholic solution the rest, up to the strength of 42,0 0,5 vol.%.
