<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of abnormal abrasion and seizure by reducing a radial directional load acting on a piston, while increasing a stroke of the piston by expanding a diameter of a swash plate. <P>SOLUTION: Since a swash plate 31 side spherical part 45b of a connecting rod 45 for connecting the piston 38 and the swash plate 31 of an axial piston/cylinder group 55 of an expander, is arranged by being offset by a predetermined distanceδto the piston 38 side in the axis Ls direction of the swash plate 31, to a swash plate rotating surface Ps orthogonal to the axis Ls of the swash plate 31 by passing through an intersection C between the axis L of a rotor 22 and the axis Ls of the swash plate 31; while increasing the stroke of the piston 38 by expanding the diameter of the swash plate 31, an inclination between a connecting rod 45 of the piston 38 existing in the upper dead center and the axis L of the rotor 22 is minimized, and a component in the radial direction of reaction acting on the piston 38 via the connecting rod 45 from the swash plate 31 is reduced, to prevent the occurrence of the abnormal abrasion and the seizure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
