PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in associative operation in a working machine such as a hydraulic excavator having a plurality of hydraulic actuators. SOLUTION: Flow ratesα1-α5 required by the respective hydraulic actuators are corrected by correction coefficients G1-G10 set based on distribution ratio (β/α) for distributing an output flow rate of a hydraulic pump, corresponding to flow rate ratio required by the respective hydraulic actuators and based on operating condition such as the number, a kind, combination of the hydraulic actuators operated. The corrected required flow rates are adopted as instructing flow ratesγ1-γ5, and valve control means of the respective hydraulic actuators are controlled so as to have opening quantity corresponding to the instructing flow ratesγ1-γ5.
