PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separator the separation efficiency of which can be kept high by efficiently separating condensate water falling along the inner peripheral wall surface of steam piping. SOLUTION: An inlet 1 and an outlet 2 are formed almost coaxially on a casing 3 and a cylindrical liquid collecting member 4 is arranged inside the casing 3. A rotary blade 16 and a condensate water receiving ring 17 are fitted to the inside of the liquid collecting member 4. A liquid flow passage 5 is arranged between the liquid collecting member 4 and the casing 3. A liquid discharging port 6 is fit to the bottom end of the liquid flow passage 5. The condensate water falling along the inner peripheral wall surface of the steam piping is made to flow in the casing 3 through the inlet 1 and pass through the liquid collecting member 4 and the liquid flow passage 5 and discharged to the outside from a valve 11 and mist-state condensate water is captured in the liquid collecting member 4, made to pass through a through-hole 18 and discharged to the outside, so that the condensate water can be separated from steam.
