METHOD OF INSPECTING LIQUID JET HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting a liquid jet head capable of comparatively readily and surely inspecting whether or not a piezoelectric element is sealed without breaking a sealed space of a head. SOLUTION: An electric characteristic of a piezoelectric element 300 under a predetermined pressure is measured in a condition that the pressure at the outside of a piezoelectric element holding section 31 is changed from the atmosphere pressure to the predetermined pressure and the predetermined pressure is maintained for a predetermined time period. As a deformed state of a diaphragm due to the pressure variation between the inside and the outside of the piezoelectric element holding section 31 is detected, the sealed condition of the piezoelectric element holding section 31 is judged.
