The method of obtaining polymer proton-conductive electrolyte consists in copolymerisation of water-soluble acrylic monomers, carried out with the participation of a proton carrier, possibly with an admixture of a gelling agent. It is characterised in that the copolymerisation of acrylic monomers is carried out with the participation of phosphorylated phenolic resin as the proton carrier.
