PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical device both for input/output simultaneously realizing two functions of input and output by one device by providing a movable type mirror at the intersection part of the optical axis lines of both of input and output and changing the position of the mirror. SOLUTION: By arranging a lens group 3 with a light source 1 and a liquid crystal display panel 2 as reference, a projector optical system whose optical axis is shown by 4 is designed. Next, an optical reading element device 5 for a digital camera called a CCD is arranged so that its optical axis 6 may cross with the optical axis 4 of the projector optical system. Furthermore, the movable type mirror 7 is arranged at the intersection part of the respective optical axis lines 4 and 6, and the position of the mirror 7 is changed, whereby two functions of input and output are realized by one device.
