PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent X-ray analysis apparatus capable of detecting ions contained in a liquid sample with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The fluorescent X-ray analysis apparatus 2 is provided with a sample tube 4, having an electrically conductive X-ray transmission window 6 and housing the liquid sample 3; an X-ray source 8 for irradiating the liquid sample 3 with primary X-rays via the X-ray transmission window 6; an X-ray detection part 10 for detecting fluorescent X-rays, generated at the liquid sample 3 and emerging from the sample tube 4 via the X-ray transmission window 6; an electrode 12 provided for a prescribed location of the sample tube 4; and a power supply circuit 18 connected between the X-ray transmission window 6 and the electrode 12.
