<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ferrite such as Mn/Zn ferrite, capable of surely manufacturing a ferrite of a targeted composition and fully securing a soft magnetic characteristic as a result of fully securing its sintered density. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is a manufacturing method of an Mn/Zn ferrite containing more than 50 moles iron oxide as Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>equivalent and comprises a process in which an Mn/Zn ferrite is pulverized to obtain a minute powder having a specific surface area of not smaller than 3.0 m<SP>2</SP>/g, a process in which a mixture is obtained by mixing the minute powder with a compound of each Fe, Mn, and Zn, a process in which the mixture is calcined to obtain a calcined material, and a process in which the calcined material is pulverized, molded, and sintered to obtain the ferrite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
