The invention relates to a metal gasket, having at least one through­-opening, a sealing element, which directly surrounds this through­-opening, and at least one bead. In addition, this metallic flat gasket has at least one strip conductor (5) which functions as contact between a sensor element (5') and a measuring value detection unit. This flat gasket is used in the production of cylinder head gaskets, in which sensor measurements of specific parameters, e.g. directly behind the sealing elements which directly surround a through-opening, are intended to be implemented.
