The support has a plate (PLA) delimited by two parallel planes corresponding to a rear face and to a median face. The rear face (FAA) is secured on a support surface by splicing or by screwing. Body of the support has two rod fixation units that have cylindrical cavities (EVIi, EVIj) opening onto its frontal face (FAF). The cavities present different predetermined sections and respective longitudinal axes parallel to the face (FAA).
