PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spreadable pharmaceutical composition containing mupirocin and/or a mupirocin derivative, used for a local application, and to provide a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: The spreadable pharmaceutical composition is obtained by treating a mixture containing the mupirocin and/or mupirocin derivative and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the mupirocin and at least 1 kind of a hard fat with processes of heating, cooling, re-heating, and cooling to an ambient temperature.
