PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost battery pack by simplifying manufacturing operations of the battery pack including a plurality of heat-sensitive elements. SOLUTION: Thermistors 31a, 31b are covered by laminating materials 32a, 32b. Both first electrodes for the thermistors 31a, 31b are connected each other as a common electrode in a covering material 32, and a portion 34b of a lead wire 34 extended outside the covering material from the common terminal is provided as a GROUND terminal. Moreover, portions 33b, 35b of lead wires which are independent from second electrodes of the thermistors 31a, 31b and are extended outside the covering material 32 are provided as an output terminal of temperature information. This means that only one portion of heat-sensitive element units 3 is mounted on an outer can of a battery 2, while only portions 33b, 34b, 35b of the three lead wires are mounted on a control substrate 1.
