PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut body, reducing the management cost by simplifying the machining work for a turn buckle part, preventing idling of a tool, and shortening the construction time. SOLUTION: This strut body includes: a pedestal support part 1 projected on a pedestal 11 and provided with a thread 14 in one direction; a bearing seat support part 2 mounted on the lower side of a bearing seat 21, in which a thread 24 in the other direction is formed; the turn buckle part 3 in which screw grooves 31, 32 engaged with the respective threads 11, 21 are formed on the upper and lower parts and a tool holding part 33 held by a tool such as a spanner or an adjustable spanner to rotate is formed on the outer periphery of a drum part; upper and lower nuts 4 for regulating the rotating position of the turn buckle part 3; and a spring washer 5 interposed between the upper and lower nuts 4 and the turn buckle part 3, wherein the turn buckle part 3 is rotated to adjust the height of the bearing seat 21 to the pedestal 11.
