PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reliability in a method of producing conductive projections having sharp tips. SOLUTION: Using a cathode 103 provided at one side of a plastic film 101 having fine holes 102, the other side is covered with plating metal 104 by an electroplating method, and the plating metal layer is peeled to obtain fine projections 105 at the peeled faces. Since the projections 105 and a supporting base 106 therefor are integrally molded by a continuous plating process, the fine projections 105 are hard to fall out from the supporting base 106.
