PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen waterproof floor sheet for a vehicle hard to generate a toxic gas at the time of combustion, excellent in fire retardancy, capable of achieving the weight reduction of the vehicle and good in execution properties. SOLUTION: The non-halogen waterproof floor sheet for the vehicle is composed of a resin layer containing 50-250 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler and 20-100 pts.wt. of a fire retardant with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a resin component having no chlorine atom in its chemical structure, the reinforcing layer integrally laminated to the upper surface and/or rear surface of the resin layer and a backing layer formed by integrally laminating a nonwoven fabric comprising a resin containing no chlorine atom in its chemical structure to the rear surface of the resin layer in a thermally melted state.
