PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close a drum lid without bothering a user by using the hand. SOLUTION: The drum lid 16 is provided in a barrel part of the drum to open/close an opening part formed in the barrel part. The upper part of a water tank is provided with an inner lid 10 for opening/closing an opening part formed in the water tank. A drum lid automatic closing device 43 has a motor outputting a driving force for closing the drum lid 16, a pushing member 44 closing the drum lid 16, and a link 47 connected to the pushing member 44; the operating direction of the driving force of the motor is converted into an approximately vertical direction by the link 47 and transmitted to the pushing member 44; and the pushing member 44 is actuated in a direction indicated by an arrow K based on the actuation of the motor and automatically close the drum lid 16.
