POWER BLOWER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow sucking of sufficient air from an intake port by resolving a problem that it is hard to secure an opening area of the intake port. SOLUTION: A power blower is of a type that the intake port 17 for sucking air is formed in a side of a fan housing 12 and this intake port 17 is covered with a fan cover 18 having an opening 56 for introducing air (see Figure 3). A plurality of reinforcing ribs 35 and reinforcing ribs 36 are radially formed around the intake port 17 for reinforcing the intake port 17 and edges 59 of the fan cover 18 are opposed to or abutted against these reinforcing ribs 35 and the reinforcing ribs 36.
