PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of automatically determining system damage caused by illegal access and remarkably improving efficiency in investigating and analysis operation which have been burdens for a system administrator. SOLUTION: A damage determining system is a system for determining damage on a monitoring object system caused by the illegal access. The damage determining system comprises an invasion detection device detecting the illegal access to the monitoring object system and outputting the illegal access detection information, a damage determining device determining whether an inquiry for damage analysis of the monitoring object system is necessary or not by receiving the illegal access detection information from the invasion detection device, and a damage analysis device analyzing damage on the monitoring object system by receiving a damage determining instruction from the damage determining device when the damage determining device determines that the inquiry for damage analysis is necessary.
