PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydraulic press equipment in which inexpensive piping design is possible, abnormal high pressure is less liable to be generated and the damage due to rigidity difference does not occur. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a hydraulic press HP consisting of a press frame in which the bed 2 and the crown 1 are joined with a plurality of tie rods 4 and a pressing cylinder 6 mounted to the crown 1 and a hydraulic pressure generator which is separately installed from the hydraulic press HP. The hydraulic pressure generator comprises a plurality of pump units P, a plurality of the pump units are divided into groups of the same number as the number of hole passages 10 formed inside the tie rods 4, and main piping 11 into which the discharge pipes of the pump unit P belonging to each group are collected is connected to the hole passage 10 formed inside each tie rod.
