PURPOSE: A measuring method is provided to estimate the wettability of an object surface in a high-speed and non-destructive manner. CONSTITUTION: A measuring method comprises an illumination step of irradiating ultraviolet ray to an object(S104), a detection step of detecting the fluorescence generated from the object(S106), and an output step of outputting a value indicating the wettability on the surface of the object from the intensity of the detected fluorescence(S108).
