PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a pivot structure with a pivot pin provided at each part of an excavation work arm wherein, if a rotation is prevented with only one locking bolt, the bolt is not strong enough to resist the rotation force applied to the pivot pin when the excavation work arm is bent and stretched, the bolt may be cut off and the pivot pin may fall off. SOLUTION: In a structure where a boss provided at each part of the excavation work arm is pivoted with a pivot pin 22 loosely installed between arm-bracket plates 5, 5, an end of the pivot pin 22 on which a washer 23 is fixedly mounted is screwed to one of the arm-bracket plates 5L with one locking bolt 24 while on the other end a washer 27 is fixedly mounted or a C-type retaining ring 28 is annularly provided, so that the pivot pin is prevented from being pulled out of the arm-bracket panel 5R on the other side.
