PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing position determination supporting method which efficiently supports the determination of the installing position of a radio LAN access point. SOLUTION: The method comprises a step (S8) of receiving candidate installing position information showing candidate installing positions of an installation object, a step (S10) of determining and providing installing position information showing the installing position of the installation object, based on the candidate installing position information, a step (S20) of receiving information about the installing position of the object that the installation is accepted, and a step (S22) of providing a reward for the installing object that the installation is accepted.
