PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin laminate having a protected curved surface excellent in weatherability, durability, abrasion resistance, hot water resistance and impact resistance, and a skylight for a building machine formed thereof. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate resin laminate having the protected curved surface is composed of a polycarbonate base material, a first layer and a second layer. The first layer is formed on the surface of the polycarbonate base material and the second layer is formed on the surface of the first layer. The maximum value X of the residual stress of the polycarbonate base material is 6 MPa or below. The first layer comprises a crosslinked acrylic copolymer formed by curing a layer comprising a coating agent prepared by dissolving an acrylic resin composition comprising a crosslinked acrylic copolymer and an ultraviolet absorber in a solvent of which the limit stress in the polycarbonate base material is X+1.5 MPa or above and the second layer comprises a crosslinked organosiloxane polymer.
