A shape-memory shaped item that has excellent shape recovery power and can be recycled can be provided by the use of a shape-memory resin having been crosslinked by a heat reversible reaction inducing covalent bond formation upon cooling and cleavage occurrence upon heating, characterized in that the glass transition temperature (Tg) thereof is in the range of 40 to 200°C and the cleavage temperature (Td) of the heat reversible reaction in the range of 50 to 300°C, provided that Tg + 10°C <= Td, and that the deformation temperature at shape memory and at shape recovery is not lower than Tg but lower than Td.
