ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by reducing the number of manufacturing processes and to prevent bending of a rotational shaft during operation due to outer diameter reduction of the rotational shaft itself, in an electric compressor. SOLUTION: The electric compressor is provided with an electric motor having a rotor 6 and a stator 5; the rotational shaft 7 inserted into and fixed to a central hole of the rotor 6; a compression part driven by an eccentric part 7a provided for the rotational shaft 7, and performing compression operation; and a balance weight 10 mounted to the rotational shaft 7 so as to compensate for unbalanced force generated by rotational drive of the rotational shaft 7 and compression operation of the compression part. One side end part of the balance weight 10 functions as a positioning part on which one side end part of the rotor 5 is abutted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
