The gear fitting has a first internal gear (13) on the frame side, a pinion (21) engaging the internal gear and a second internal gear (31) engaged by the pinion on the output side. The difference between the number of teeth (Z 2, Z 3) of the first internal gear and of the pinion on the frame side and the difference for the second internal gear and the pinion on the output side is 4 in each case. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle seat adjustable in inclination by the inventive device.
