FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: surgical stapling instrument has atraumatic needles; case with end handles, and end working part in form of pressing jaws. Removable needle stapling member is disposed onto one of pressing jaws; holder of stapling member is disposed onto the other one. Stapling member is made in form of movable magazine for straight atraumatic needles provided with ligatures. Holder is provided with drive of linear motion at angle being different than in perpendicular to line of seam. Working jaw with holder of stapling member is also provided with ligatures tension and fixing mechanism. Pressing jaws are parallel to each other or pressing jaw can be mounted at additional hinge for rock around its central axis. ^ EFFECT: reduced traumatism of tissues to be stapled; higher degree of pulling-out of needles. ^ 14 dwg
