PURPOSE: A high slew rate error amplifier circuit is provided to increase the amount of current and reduce the current consumption by adding two comparators and plural MOS transistors to a basic structure of a conventional error amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A high slew rate error amplifier circuit includes an amplifier circuit and an additional circuit. The amplifier circuit is used for obtaining an output voltage by multiplying a gain by a voltage difference between a positive input voltage and a negative input voltage. The additional circuit includes a comparator and a switch in order to control a current repeater. The comparator has an internal offset voltage. The switch is turned on/off by the comparator. |
