PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent workability in assembling a machine at a destination, when a big diecast machine is separated into pieces and transported in order to facilitate its transportation, loading and unloading. SOLUTION: A first assembly unit is prepared by removing a fixing die plate from a die open/close unit, while a second assembly unit is prepared by connecting and fixing the fixing die plate to an injection unit. Each tiebar of the first assembly unit is moved axially in a first direction to a holding plate. While it is kept retracted to the position where it does not interfere with an installation of the fixing plate, the second assembly unit is positioned to fit and assembled with the first assembly unit. Then, each tiebar is moved axially in a second direction to the holding plate and an end of each tiebar is inserted into the fixing die plate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
