<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator which can incorporate a plurality of types of stators with a different flute width and to provide an optical apparatus having the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the vibration actuator, an ultrasonic motor having an annular rotor 16 and an elastic element 10 has the elastic element 10 having a plurality of grooves 10a of a predetermined width (W10a) extended radially on the surface connected to a PZT11 and at opposite side to the PZT11 and aligned in a circumferential direction, and a motor ring 3 having a first position specifying part 31a engaged with the groove 10a to specify the position of the rotating direction of the elastic element 10. The motor ring 3 has a second position specifying part 21a engaged with the groove 50a of the elastic element 50 with the groove 50a having a width different from a predetermined width and capable of specifying the position of the rotating direction of the elastic element 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
