<p>A photoresist (11) on a plastic film (12) is exposed to light projected through a photomask having a predetermined pattern, and this exposed photoresist (11) is developed to remove the unexposed portion (11b). Thus, a form (M) is fabricated. The form (M) is coated and filled with slurry (31) using a doctor blade (32) to form a green sheet (31g). The green sheet (31g) is sintered to produce a fine product (31p). According to this method, the product material can be a metal, a ceramic, or another arbitrary material, and a fine product with an arbitrary thickness and an arbitrary shape can be easily produced.</p> |
