PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange module for a vehicle, and the vehicle capable of reducing noise caused by NZ sound. SOLUTION: This heat exchange module 10 for the vehicle is provided with at least one heat exchanger 13 of rectangular shape from the top view; a cooling fan 15 forcibly supplying outside air to the heat exchanger 13; a fan shroud 14 having an opening 19 opened in approximately circular shape from the top view and guiding outside air heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger 13, to the cooling fan 15 through the opening 19. A face 18a, facing the heat exchanger 13, of the fan shroud 14 is provided with an endless protrusion 20 formed along the opening 19 and protruded toward the heat exchanger 13 side.
