PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private part cleaning device capable of stably exhibiting the cleaning effect to a cleaning object such as a human body private part and a private part cleaning nozzle. SOLUTION: This private part cleaning device comprises an electrolytic cell 13 for generating electrolytic water by electrolyzing supplied water, the private part cleaning nozzle 5 for injecting the electrolytic water generated by the electrolytic cell 13 into the human body private part as wash water, a nozzle cleaning means 8 for injecting the electrolytic water generated by the electrolytic cell 13 into the private part cleaning nozzle 5 as the wash water, a human body detecting means 19 for detecting the presence of a person, and a power supply control means 20 for carrying an electric current to the electrolytic cell 13 when the human body detecting means 19 detects the person and stopping power supply to the electrolytic cell 13 when the human body detecting means does not detect the person thereafter.
