PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of keeping low the material cost and execution cost while securing the watertightness and airtightness in joints and enhancing the workability. SOLUTION: The sealing part is provided with a hollow sealing part 2 having a convex abutting face 1 and a fixing part 3 for fixing it in the installation position. Further, the sealing part is provided with a gasket body 4 so that it is made of an elastic synthetic resin and molded so that the cross sectional shape is uniform on the whole length and a closing protruded part 5 made of an elastic synthetic resin along the longitudinal direction of the gasket body 4.
