<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay apparatus including: an input output isolation circuit for coupling an input side to an output side in an isolating state and providing an output of an output signal in response to an input signal; and a switching circuit for switching the output terminals in response to the output signal from the input output isolation circuit, and capable of attaining high speed switching to the input signal. <P>SOLUTION: In the relay apparatus including: the input output isolation circuit for coupling the input side to the output side in an isolating state and providing an output of an output signal in response to an input signal; and a switching circuit for switching the output terminals in response to the output signal from the input output isolation circuit, the input output isolation circuit is characterized in to be configured with an optical coupling device such as a photo IC coupler that has a bias voltage input terminal receiving a bias voltage, is driven by the bias voltage applied to the bias voltage input terminal, and provides an output of the output signal going to a high level or a low level in response to the input signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
