PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely lock a shutter member for opening and closing an opening part for recording and/or reproduction provided on a cartridge body, and a torsion coil spring which biases the shutter member. SOLUTION: A disk cartridge comprises: the shutter member 15 where a locking hole 27 for which a partially opened slit is formed is formed on one end side of a moving direction, and which opens and closes the opening part 13 for the recording and/or reproduction of the cartridge body storing an optical disk 2; and the torsion coil spring for which a pair of arm parts are extended from a first coil part 30 provided on the middle part, a second coil part 31 freely turnably supported by a part of the cartridge body 5 is provided on the tip of one arm part, and a locking part 33 bent roughly in a U shape for which an extension part extended from the other arm part and/or a bend part bent in parallel with the extension part has a prescribed angle with the extension direction of the other arm part is formed at the tip part of the other arm part, and which selectively biases the shutter member 15 in one of the opening and closing directions of the opening part 13 for the recording and reproduction by locking the locking part 33 to the locking hole 27.
