PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining-wall structure for an earth retaining in which the term of works is shortened and the outflow of soil and sand from a retaining wall is prevented by making a unit wall material constructing the retaining wall of wood and miniaturizing the unit wall material and a natural landscape can be obtained by vegetating various saplings or the like and a cost required for a transport can be reduced. SOLUTION: A wooden panel for the earth retaining is arranged on the face of a slope of the retaining wall and made of wood by crosspieces, brace materials, under-bracing materials, net wire gauzes or the like.
