PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase support strength in the using state and improve reliability when an excessive load is applied on the seat even though it is a storage type seat. SOLUTION: In the storage type seat, the seat cushion 10 is supported on a floor F1 side of a vehicle with a link mechanism composed of a pair of right and left front side legs 40 and rear side legs 60 respectively. Either one of the pair of the legs 40, 60 is constituted so as to be inclined to the floor F1 side with a driving means 50. The seat can be switched to the using state of the seat or storage state by the action of the link mechanism with the driving means 50. In the using state of the seat, the seat is set so that the approximately middle part in the lengthwise direction of either one of the pair of legs 40, 60 and the floor F2 in the inside the vehicle abut each other.
