<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain information management/operation which is optimal to a user who does not have any technical knowledge about the sufficient using method of an information terminal or information operation. <P>SOLUTION: A personal information management/operation system is provided with a personal information database 1 which stores and manages various pieces of information relative to a user and a personal service agent 2 which provides various kinds of services for the user by using a computer network on the basis of the information managed by the personal information database 1. The personal service agent 2 is provided with an information retrieving and collecting means for retrieving and collecting information for the user, an information transmitting means for working the collected information according to the user, and for transmitting it to the user, an information proposing means for selecting and proposing the information suitable for the user from the collected information, and an information operating means for supporting the user to actually use the proposed information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
