PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent developer from blown out from a connection part between a discharge opening for developer to be disposed of and the recovery opening of a recovery container. SOLUTION: A newly exchanged recovery container 32 turns a recovery container storage part, and connects the recovery opening 34 of the recovery container 32 to a discharge opening 26. When connected to the discharge opening 26, the recovery opening 34 describes a locus that moves greatly in a vertical direction. Therefore, the recovery opening 34 does not slide over an elastic member 64 (horizontal movement) greatly, but connects to it while compressing the elastic member 64 (vertical movement).
