摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crystal of Ynd1 protein metabolizing nucleotide diphosphate which is a by-product in sugar chain addition mechanism of a sugar protein and to provide a method for producing the crystal. SOLUTION: The inventors succeed in crystallization of Ynd1 protein by selection of adequate host vector system in production of Ynd1 protein and try and error of enormous numbers of crystallization conditions about the produced protein.
