PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit information that a person has by oneself among pieces of wireless data transmitting/receiving apparatus mounted on a number of vehicles, and to efficiently receive required information. SOLUTION: The wireless data transmitting/receiving apparatus A for transmission distributes the summary of possessed content (the time, place, or the like of traffic information) and the IP address (summary information) of an own device to a plurality of pieces of wireless data transmitting/receiving apparatus by a radio LAN by broadcasting. The wireless data transmitting/receiving apparatus B at a reception side determines content desired to be acquired in content that is not possessed in the order of priority, or the like for transmitting to a transmission side A by using unicast. After that, requested content is transmitted and received by using the unicast between the transmission and reception sides A, B, while the pieces of wireless data transmitting/receiving apparatus exist in a communicable range each other.
