<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device with new structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a cabinet having a transparent electrode 11 and a back electrode 13 arranged at a predetermined distance, an organic layer 121 containing an organic light-emitting material is held by a transparent conductor 120 and an organic light-emitting material 122, a plurality of organic EL light-emitting cells 12 each having a thickness the same as the predetermined distance are individually arranged, so that the transparent electrode 11 and the transparent conductor 120 are electrically connected, and the back electrode 13 and the back conductor 122 are also electrically connected, and at least, the space between the terminals of the transparent electrode 11 and the back electrode 13 is sealed with a protection member 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
